“Sweating is good to get the toxins out”!
Sweating helps in getting the toxins out, there is an added benefit with the far infrared; it activates the cells to release the toxins. I know that I feel so good after doing it. I really wasn’t thinking about it at a time when I was doing the yoga, but when I did the sauna I would definitely feel relief from aches and pains. I stay there for half an hour, so I feel that extra time in there probably burning off bit more of the toxins and wastes. Would definitely help to take the edge of body aches and especially my mom is so active and she appreciates it”.
